Questions travelers actually ask
Does the eSIM work with my phone?
If your phone is carrier-unlocked and supports eSIM (iPhone XS or newer, and most recent Android flagships), yes. The install console shows the steps for your device.
What if the eSIM fails to issue after I pay?
We retry automatically. If it still cannot be issued, the full price goes back to your balance, and the order page shows the refund. You do not need to ask.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. A data-only eSIM carries your data; calls and texts on your primary number keep working exactly as before.
The boring essentials, done properly

- Card top-ups, which open at launch, go through a licensed payment institution with 3-D Secure. Card numbers are never stored or logged, and nothing renews or charges automatically.
- Your data, your call
- Export or delete everything — orders, ICCIDs, trips — yourself from your account settings.
